Scope
This preliminary disclosure is prepared with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in mind. It is not a finalized disclosure under Article 10 and requires review by Turkish counsel.
Data controller and processing
The data controller’s final legal identity, address and registry information will be inserted before launch. Expected categories include identity/contact, account security, user content, transaction, device and usage data. Purposes include providing the service, securing accounts, handling requests, meeting legal duties and improving reliability.
Legal grounds and transfers
The final text will map each processing activity to its applicable KVKK legal basis and identify domestic or international recipients. Where explicit consent is required, it will be requested separately and will not be bundled into this notice.
Data-subject rights
Data subjects may have the rights listed in Article 11, including learning whether data is processed, requesting information, correction or deletion where applicable, and objecting to certain automated outcomes. The final application channel and identity-verification method will be published before launch.
