VOYNOT does not currently sell production subscriptions, lifetime plans or AI credits. This policy is a placeholder for the planned commercial service.

Intended approach

• Mandatory consumer withdrawal and refund rights in the customer’s jurisdiction will be honored.
• Store purchases may be governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play refund process.
• Subscription cancellation will stop future renewal but does not automatically create a refund unless law or the final policy requires it.
• Accidental duplicate charges and verified billing errors will be investigated promptly.

Final eligibility windows, request channels, processing times, treatment of used AI credits and lifetime-plan terms will be published before payments are enabled. Contact hello@voynot.com with draft-policy questions.
