Privacy Notice
Last updated: 1 August 2026 — DRAFT
What this notice covers
This draft explains how VOYNOT expects to handle personal data when the service launches. It is not a final legal notice and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.
Data we expect to process
- Account data such as email address, authentication identifiers and language preference.
- Content you choose to create, including notes, attachments, reminders and collaboration settings.
- Technical data needed for security, diagnostics and service operation.
- Billing records if paid plans are introduced. Full payment-card details would be handled by the payment provider, not VOYNOT.
Why we process data
We expect to use data to provide and secure the service, synchronize your workspace, fulfill requested AI operations, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. AI processing should occur only for features you deliberately invoke and should respect note-level exclusions.
Sharing, retention and transfers
Data may be shared with carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, payment or AI subprocessors only as needed to deliver the service. Retention periods, international-transfer safeguards and the final subprocessor list will be defined before launch.
Your choices
The product roadmap includes access, correction, export and deletion controls. Applicable rights depend on your location. Contact hello@voynot.com for privacy questions while this draft is under review.
