Agreement and eligibility

These draft terms describe the intended rules for using VOYNOT. They are not ready for acceptance and require legal review before launch. Users must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in their jurisdiction.

Your account and content

You are responsible for account security and activity performed through your account. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant VOYNOT only the limited permission required to host, process, synchronize and display that content to provide features you request.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, access another person’s data without permission, distribute unlawful material, infringe rights, or use automated means in a way that harms the service.

Service and AI outputs

Features may change during development. AI-generated results can be incomplete or wrong and must not replace professional medical, legal, financial or other expert advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions based on them.

Suspension, termination and liability

Final rules for suspension, termination, warranties, liability limits, governing law and dispute resolution will be completed with counsel before production launch.
